12:29 p.m. – TMZ has gotten more information about the arrest of this boy’s father, and the story is even crazier than we first thought – it turns out the man actually fired the gun that the Nashes claimed to have on him, and he’s facing a felony charge because of it… this according to the cops.

Kaufman County Constable Precinct 2 Chief Administrator, Jason Johnsontells TMZ … it happened on Thursday, and the father of the child, Bryan Thomas Brunsonis who was arrested.

According to Kaufman County, the Nashes allege Brunson kept arguing with them in his driveway with a Ruger semi-automatic pistol in his hand, which in itself is not illegal. According to the police, the boy also went out with his father and challenged the Nashes to a fight!

What allegedly happened next is chilling…the sheriff’s office says Brunson put the gun down at one point on his porch, but then returned for it after the argument dragged on – and he allegedly handled it in a reckless manner, causing it to explode.

Cops say the bullet nearly hit Brunson’s own daughter who was standing behind him, but luckily it missed. He was convicted of murderous driving, which became a felony due to the potential harm. The boy, who is 9, was a year away from facing criminal mischief charges himself, we are told… but as things stand he will not be legally called up for it.
A little white boy broke into the home of a black family in Texas with a whip in his hand and a beating in his head, it seems, and the whole thing was caught on camera.
It’s wild… the images of the Ring were taken from the porch of Dee and Carissa Nashnear Dallas, and it shows what they claim is the child of a neighbor who came nearby in a rage, allegedly looking for their 9-year-old daughter – and making her presence known.

As you can see… the young boy, who can’t be more than 7 or 8 years old himself, knocks on the front door with his free hand – then hits it with his whipped hand.
Carissa then opens the door and chastises the boy, telling him to leave his property and threatening to call the police. It looks like the kid is struggling after that. Unfortunately, the confrontation wasn’t over yet – another video shows them confronting the boy’s alleged father.

Dee takes care of this cat, and right now… it’s not pretty. The man denies his guilt and demands to see evidence – according to the Nashes, this boy scratched their car after Carissa told him to beat it – and both of Nash’s parents offer to show him.
However, it doesn’t seem like the guy is really interested…he tells them to get off his property and makes a big fuss about a plant that Dee may or may not have stepped on.

The Nashes also claim that the man who answered the door had a gun on him and seemed ready to use it. According to reports, the police were actually called about it – and this guy was apparently arrested and charged with fatal driving.
The father has been named in some outlets, and we’ve confirmed a man with that name was arrested Friday/on bail…but details are still hazy, and it’s unclear if it’s the guy represented here. The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office declined to release further information until Monday.
