young thugJailing for allegedly running a crime syndicate isn’t going well…in fact, his lawyer says the famous rapper is going through hell.
Thug’s attorney filed an emergency motion hoping to get him released on bail immediately. Why the urgency? Well, lawyer Brian Steel says the YSL honcho is being held in total isolation in a windowless cement compartment with only a bed and a toilet.
He adds that the cell has a ceiling light that stays on 24 hours a day, preventing Thug from sleeping. Additionally, Steel says Thug doesn’t have access to media or the ability to exercise, shave, or have human contact.
And, don’t throw it on the menu — according to his lawyer, Thug gets a platter of inedible “food.” Steel sarcastically included the food quotes.

Although it appears to be essentially describing a stereotypical prison cell, Steel says the conditions violate Thug’s constitutional rights — specifically, the 8th and 14th Amendments … prohibiting states from inflicting cruel and unusual punishment.
As we reported, Thug, Gunna and 26 other YSL associates have been arrested next to a 56 count racketeering indictment in Fulton County, Georgia. The group is accused of engaging in gang activity including possession of drugs and weapons, assault, robbery and even murder.
So far, they have been denied bail. The judge has yet to rule on Thug’s motion.
