Yellowstone National Park seems to be going through Noah’s Flood again – the place is buried under water, with currents so strong…they’re knocking down nearby bridges.
Check out these wild videos showing the absolute downpour happening near the park, which has forced authorities to close just about every road for entry. It looks like there are still people on the ground, and they’re capturing appalling footage of the conditions.

With water levels reaching dangerous heights, it appears there has already been major damage – namely, one of the crossings, the Carbella Bridge, appears to have been destroyed and swept away in the rapids. It’s crazy… because the thing is metal!
As you can see, the bridge – or at least part of it – is seen floating in the roaring stream, leaving onlookers shocked.
“Extremely dangerous” situation this morning at @YellowstoneNPS. The northern part of the park has been evacuated and several roads are closed due to landslides and “extensive flooding”. pic.twitter.com/LwUAv82OAd

@WillWalkey
In addition to flooding, landslides and other hazards are reported including power outages in the area. The rain is expected to continue for at least a few more days…scary since the water is already very high. Evacuations are underway.
As for the wildlife, it appears to be left to their own devices for now. Hopefully they’re heading for higher (and drier) land. 😳
