wendy williams is already putting TV in her rearview mirror, having decided podcasting is better for her — but she’s already lined up some big names to join her… TMZ has learned.
Even though her daytime show has been one of the most popular over its 13 seasons, Wendy has no interest in being on TV full time right now… according to her manager Does Selby.
Will is the executive producer of Wendy’s Next Podcast and tells us that Wendy recently spoke to Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe to be invited – as she plans to focus more on her own personal favorites from the music business.
Plus, we’re told Wendy’s has had conversations with the Kardashians, and even a member of the Trump family. Will doesn’t say which one, but any of them would be a huge plus…considering what’s going on in washington.

We had Wendy in New York in May, and she swore she would be back on tv, but we are told that it is no longer his passion. Instead, she’s focused on producing a pod that’s the complete Wendy experience — all about her favorite artists, fashions, food, and celebrities.
On the business side of things… Will says Wendy is trying to decide if she’s going to partner with one platform – like Spotify or Apple – or just release it independently.
No timeline for the podcast debut yet. BTW, we’re told Wendy isn’t giving up on TV entirely — she’s still reportedly up for making guest appearances on talk shows or reality shows like “The View” or the “Real Housewives” series.
