Tim Stark of ‘Tiger King’ Found in Contempt in Missing Animals Case
Tim stark – known as one of the actors from the exotic animal world on “Tiger King” – was found guilty of contempt of court in a bizarre case involving … you guessed it, zoo animals.
According to legal documents … the court ordered all animals belonging to the Stark’s Wildlife in Need organization in Indiana to be removed last week by the Indianapolis Zoological Society.
The problem is, many of these animals have gone missing since the court order, and now Stark is accused of orchestrating the efforts to hide them.
Stark “expressed his strong desire in open court to relocate the animals in his own way” … according to the judge’s contempt order. As a result, the judge ordered him to “place him immediately into the custody of the Marion County Sheriff.”
We contacted the sheriff for more details … no word yet.
According to local reports … 33 animals with an estimated value of $ 170,000 were found missing over several days, but Stark alleged that they could have been abducted by people visiting his property.
