Tamron Hall Sued for $16 Million by A Mom Over Vaccination Segment
Get a load of this ridiculous trial – Tamron Roomis sued for $ 16 million after telling a mother on a nationwide television episode that she wouldn’t want her own child to kiss the mother’s unvaccinated son.
Jeanine DiAngelo just sued Tamron individually and on behalf of his son, saying they were embarrassed after Tamron compared his son to a “leper” during an episode about vaccinations that aired on ABC in September 2019 … this according to reports documents obtained by TMZ.
In the documentation, DiAngelo claims that Tamron has stated that she will NOT let her son approach DiAngelo’s son let alone give him a hug because he is not vaccinated. DiAngelo says Tamron violated New York law by discriminating against her and their religious beliefs.
Further … she claims Tamron was not prepared for the segment … arguing about Tamron’s lack of education on the subject, she and her son suffered colossal emotional distress.
The point is … the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has said that if parents choose NOT to vaccinate their children, they should be prepared for the risks and responsibilities that come with it. One of those risks … parents with children who are vaccinated are probably told to stay away from children who are not.
DiAngelo is suing Hall, Disney and the production company for $ 16 million in damages. For what it’s worth … Tamron kissed DiAngelo’s son.
We reached out to Tamron for a comment … so far no word in return.
