Taco Bell Malaysia’s Cyberjaya Outlet Menu, Opening Hours & Safety SOP

Many are eagerly awaiting the official launch of Taco Bell in Malaysia with their first store in Cyberjaya on April 2, under franchise owner Disruptive Concepts Sdn Bhd.

But what made them choose Cyberjaya over KL? According to the team, this is because they see Cyberjaya becoming a prime location with better connectivity through 4 major highways: LDP, SKVE, MEX and Elite, making travel more convenient for customers from different regions.

In a virtual launch today, the Taco Bell Malaysia team shared more information on what the public can expect once its doors open.

What is on the menu?

Of course, their food is at the forefront of everyone’s minds. Some things on the menu that Malaysians can expect will include the 2 Taco Supreme, Kickin ‘Chicken Tacos, Crunchwrap Supreme, Loaded Nachos, and more. Vegetarians can also change their protein options to black beans for most items on the menu.

There will be a unique dish at Taco Bell Malaysia with flavors for the local palate called the Bell Rice Bowl.

When it comes to drinks, customers can look forward to trying their new Taco Bell Sparklers in 2 flavors for something a little different. The ingredients used will all be Halal certified, the team assured.

What are the security SOPs?

Taco Bell will be open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily for dinner and take out, and to ensure there is enough space for social distancing, only 50 guests will be allowed on the premises at a time. .

As expected, the standard entry SOPs of wearing a mask, temperature checks, MySejahtera recordings, and hand sanitization will be present.

Frequent disinfection of contact points like doorknobs, tables and even chairs will be performed every 30 minutes.

Customers are encouraged to pay using e-wallets, credit or debit cards. Cash is still accepted, but transactions will be done by placing money on a platter and passing it back and forth to reduce contact.

We expect to see social media posts about the long, long queues on April 2 and maybe a week after that. From now on, there will only be food and take-out options, with deliveries to come but have yet to be announced.

If you can’t get a safe seat anytime soon, then maybe you could get your fill of hunger pangs first at local Mexican restaurants like Thyme Out, Las Carretas, Loco Mexican Bar & Restaurant, and more.

Taco Bell will soon be opening another outlet at Tropicana Gardens Mall, PJ, and if all goes well we can expect to see even more outlets appearing across Malaysia.
