Collagen, the most abundant protein in the body, is the “glue” that holds our tissues together. It is also what keeps our skin young and radiant. Once we reach our late 20s, collagen production begins to decline (aah!). But several studies have shown that daily collagen supplementation can help slow the effects of aging by reducing dryness, improving skin elasticity and hydration, and reducing wrinkles. [1 ] And it can do this by stimulating your body’s own collagen-producing cells to increase production.
All natural and perfectly sweetened with monk fruit, Great Lakes Wellness Lemonade Collagen:
- Provides 12 grams of Verisol® type 1 and 3 bioactive collagen peptides per serving
