Staples Center is no longer… the iconic building that the Lakers and Clippers have called home since 1999 is given a new name: Crypto.com Arena.
Officials announced the stunning name change Tuesday night … explaining that the rebranding will take effect on Christmas Day next month.

Still, officials were nonetheless thrilled with the move … mocking the appearance of the new signage on the building’s roof at the end of next month.
In announcing the new deal, officials also pledged “large-scale premium branding and signage inside and outside” the new Crypto.com Arena.
