Lena hernandez, the “Karen” who has been accused of a series of racist tirades in Southern California over the past year, takes a plea deal … and she goes to jail.
Police sources tell us that Hernandez will reach a deal on his battery’s misdemeanor charge, and that in return, prosecutors will seek a 45-day sentence from the Los Angeles County jail.
Our sources say Hernandez will be in court on Tuesday for a judge to accept the deal. We are told that Hernandez will be on probation for the next 3 years, and that she is due to complete a yearlong anger management course. Our sources say she will also be ordered to pay around $ 1,500 and will not be able to own a gun for the next 10 years.
TMZ broke history … Hernandez was burst in july after launching a series of racist diatribes in a park and shopping center. Police issued an arrest warrant for her, and cops eventually tracked her down in the resort town of SoCal in San Pedro.

The battery charge is linked to an incident last October at a shopping center in Torrance. Our sources say Hernandez will be receiving orders to stay away from the mall and the victim.
There is no video of this incident, but there is footage from 2 other incidents where she made racist comments – once for a woman working in a park, and the other for a man in a parking lot.
