Willie GarsonThe former Los Angeles home is now officially off the market, his estate finding a taker nearly a year after his death.
The late “Sex and the City” actor’s Valley Village bungalow sold last week for $1.9 million, a jump from its original price of $1.695 million. The house had been on the market for a month.
Willie bought the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in 2005 for just over $1 million. The Spanish-style home has 10,399 square feet of living space and comes with a ton of charm.
The living room has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, built-in shelving and a fireplace. The backyard is very private and the new owners can enjoy a swimming pool and a spa.
TMZ revealed the story… Willie — who was famous for his role in the series “Sex and the City” and in various films — passed away last september after a battle with pancreatic cancer.
Brian Abrams of Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing.
