WWE Superstar Seth Rollin talks about the out-of-control fan who harpooned him during a recording of “Raw”, saying he was shocked and terrified and thinks the attacker should be banned – at least for now.
The 35-year-old wrestler has just landed in Los Angeles, less than 24 hours after being the victim of the attempted assault, and he admitted to being shaken by it all.
“It’s terrifying, brother,” Rollins said, describing the incident in detail.
“It happened very quickly. I was mostly reacting and hoping that our security would come and do its job. They did very quickly. And then I was just trying to pull away and move on. I hope that everyone is well.”
After the attack, there was confusion as to whether the whole melee was part of the show… something that Rollins took down, saying, “Once the tackle happened I knew what was going on. was rushing around the corner. “
Fortunately, Seth says he was not injured in the attack.
“No, no serious injuries. Nothing like it. I was safe, we were safe. Everything was fine.”
As we previously reported, the 24-year-old fan was hit with 3 charges in New York … but Rollins was quiet about whether he wanted the guy to be criminally punished.
However, Seth is sure he doesn’t want to see the fan sitting ringside at a WWE event anytime soon.
“I think that as a priority, he probably shouldn’t be allowed to attend the events.”
