Safareeis down to let Erica Mena have exclusive use of the home they share, but does NOT want her to have primary custody of their children.
The “Love & Hip Hop” star has just thrown the gauntlet in her response to Erica’s custody application in their divorce. According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Safaree says he wants joint legal custody, which means he wants to have a say in parenting decisions for their toddler daughter, Safire, and their second baby due next month.
Plus … Safaree says he wants constant, uninterrupted parents and visits with his children. He says it’s in the best interests of the children.
Regarding Erica’s request to have exclusive use of the house they currently share … Safaree seems open to this if he can be released from any liability involving the property by refinancing the property. mortgage … and assuming he gets his share of any equity in the property.
Safaree also wishes to retain sole possession of their individual vehicles and be allowed to individually retain all personal property acquired during the marriage. Regarding support … he wants the court to deny him, and he wants the court to determine any support obligations for them.
As we reported … Erica filed for divorce in May, a few months before their 2nd birthday. She wanted primary custody of the children, but Safaree isn’t giving that up without a fight.
