Mayhem found his way back to Wisconsin again – an SUV reportedly crossed a parade and opened fire on the crowd … and several people were injured.
It happened on Sunday in Waukesha, WI – about an hour from Kenosha – where they had their annual Christmas Parade, with dozens of people attending the event and looking the side of the streets… including many families.
According to reports and eyewitness accounts, a vehicle described as a red Ford Escape passed some barriers that blocked a road for the parade path and began to speed down the sidewalk … eventually crashing into a group of people. .
You can see the car go by in different places, which was filmed – and there is no doubt that… this person was shooting to cause damage.
Video shows the SUV zoomed in by a small child playing in the street, and it narrowly missed hitting it as it continued on its way. Eventually, he made contact and ran over a handful of people – several of whom were said to be part of a group called the Dancing Grannies and were part of the parade… and many were found motionless.
Up to 30 people have been injured so far … but it is not yet known whether there are any deaths. Police pursued the vehicle, which fled – but not before witnesses say the driver started shooting out the window … part of which was also caught on camera.
The shots could easily come from the police here – but it’s just too early to be sure. Authorities in Waukesha have warned the public to stay indoors as it is a fluid situation.
The procession began to be evacuated immediately … and the area is in a state of panic at the moment.
Our sincere thanks to
