Prince harry and Meghan markle are pissed off by a paparazzi photo of their son, Archie, which they say was broken in their own backyard, so now they’re suing … TMZ has learned.
Harry and Meghan say they have taken important steps to ensure their privacy in their new home in the Los Angeles area – including putting up a large mesh fence around the property to protect themselves from telephoto lenses. Yet, according to the lawsuit … an anonymous photographer recently “crossed a red line for any parent” by purchasing photos of Archie.
In documents, obtained by TMZ and filed by a famous lawyer Michael kump, the former Royals say the photos are bought as if they were taken on a public outing in Malibu – but they say Archie hasn’t been anywhere in public, let alone Malibu, since they took moved to Los Angeles. They say the photographer is deliberately lying about the location because the person knows that “unsolicited photographs of a young child in the privacy of their own home are very illegal.”
Sources connected to Meghan and Harry say the intrusion occurred at Tyler perrythe Beverly Hills estate, home to former members of the royal family. What makes this particularly strange … Tyler’s house is in a gated community and he lives at the furthest point from the front door, making it particularly difficult for an intruder to go undetected.
But, Harry and Meghan say they have airborne intrusions. In the lawsuit, they say that “some media have flown drowned people just 20 feet above the house as often as three times a day.” They also say the helicopters are doing overflights and some photo groups have drilled holes in their security fences.
Archie’s mom and dad emphasize in costume it’s their choice when and how they share photos of their boy – and say they’ve posted photos of him on social media to reduce the ‘premium For the paparazzi photos.
They are filing a lawsuit for invasion of privacy and also want the photographer to return the photos. They don’t know if anyone has bought the pictures yet, but they say they are telling all the media … the pictures were taken illegally, and not in Malibu.
