Plot to Kidnap Michigan Gov. Included PT Cruiser Training, Feds Claim
Some of the men who were planning to kidnap the Michigan governor. Gretchen whitmer were apparently preparing for war from inside the 2000s Ultimate Mother’s car – this by federal investigators.
Michigan FOX 17 released a report containing a treasure trove of documents obtained from the United States Attorney’s Office, which recently presented evidence against at least 5 guys so far, allegedly involved in the plot. Among the items the FBI collected … a video of some of these men entering and exiting a Chrysler PT Cruiser with semi-automatic rifles in hand, circus style.
You have to see it to believe it … four guys are in the Cruiser with guns and then they jump up and start shooting targets in the distance. Someone in the back of the shoot encourages them to continue – according to FOX 17, the federal government says it was a tactical exercise.
But wait … there is more. Other footage released by investigators reveals two different men practicing their load and reload times on their guns … apparently as a way to show how “ready” they were for the alleged mission. It’s pretty intense, but still wacky.
A final clip shows one of the men – who FOX 17 says was one of the indicted – speaking directly to the camera and describing why he and his comrades were doing this … because they were tired of being “enslaved” by the state of Michigan. It’s surreal to hear him say it.
FOX 17 too posted alleged screenshots conversations between the men that investigators say detail their plans in depth, which included scouts, reconnaissance, entry and exit routes and general discussions about their hatred of the government and its COVID policies.
As we have reported … Governor Whitmer announces the bomb last week, the FBI foiled the alleged kidnapping attempt. At least 14 men have been arrested in connection with the alleged crime – investigators say they are made up of at least two militias.
Blamed whitmer President Trump for fanning the flames about it … going back to his “Free Michigan” tweets at the start of the pandemic.
