Ezra Miller isn’t just a bad influence, it’s a danger to the well-being of an 18-year-old young woman…at least according to her parents, who are asking a court to intervene and remove the actor of her.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Tokata’s Iron Eyes met the then 23-year-old Miller in 2016 — when she was just 12 — and the actor was visiting the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. From there, Tokata’s parents say that she and Ezra have developed a friendship which they believe puts Tokata in danger.
Tokata’s parents say Miller took her to London in 2017 to visit the studio where “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” was filmed because she was a big fan and Miller was a star of the film. At the time of the trip, they say Tokata was 14 and Ezra 25.
As the friendship continued, Tokata’s parents claim that Ezra supplied their underage daughter with alcohol, marijuana, and LSD.
Not only that, they claim that Ezra – better known as The Flash in DC superhero movies – disrupted Tokata’s schooling at a private institute in Massachusetts so much that she dropped out in December 2021.
Parents say they flew to Miller’s Vermont home in January to pick up their daughter … only to find she didn’t have her driver’s license, car keys, bank card and other elements necessary to navigate life independently.
They say they also found bruises on Tokata’s body which they believe were caused by Ezra.

Shortly after returning home, Tokata’s parents say she fled to New York to find Ezra – and from there the couple traveled together to Vermont, Hawaii and Los Angeles. The two were spotted at a club in Hawaii in video obtained by TMZ.
As we reported…Miller has been arrested several times during his stay in Hawaii, including an incident where he allegedly bar patrons attacked.
In the documents, Tokata’s parents state, “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, the threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to dominate a young Tokata teenager.” They claim that Ezra also told Tokata to only go by Gibson…a nickname she once used with family and friends.
Then there’s this…they say Ezra has decided that Tokata is non-binary transgender, despite previously coming out as “non-binary, queer, gay.”
It seems Tokata is aware of her parents’ concerns – she recently took to social media to say she was mentally stable, and her “comrade” Ezra has helped her through life. She also says she recently found a therapist and is looking forward to the future.
Tokata’s parents are asking the court to intervene and issue a protective order against Ezra on their daughter’s behalf, and a hearing is scheduled for next month.
We contacted Ezra’s team… so far, no response.
