Oscar De La Hoya is accused of sexually assaulting a woman twice… with the former co-worker alleging the boxing star brutalized her, causing “serious physical and emotional harm” that torments her to this day.
But, the Boxing Hall of Fame flatly denies the claims… accusing the woman of being nothing more than a bitter employee who was fired.
“Unfortunately, with the twenty-four-hour news cycle, we find ourselves today, more often than not, as the recipient of vindictive and unfair accusations that are interpreted and broadcast as the truth – with no evidence to back up claims. erroneous assertions,” Oscar said. the rep said TMZ Sports in a report.
As for the explosive allegations … they are part of a larger lawsuit — originally brought by Casa Mexico Enterprises — where De La Hoya, 49, is a business partner.
The ODLH accuser was sued by Casa Mexico…before filing a countersuit where she revealed disturbing allegations.
The accuser says she was on a work trip with Oscar and others to the company’s distillery in Mexico in March 2020. She says while she was sound asleep someone started knocking on his door. She says she got up and opened the door, only to find ODLH standing there with her pants around her ankles. She claims that Oscar pushed his way past her and got into her bed.
The accuser states that she dragged Oscar out of bed and back to her own room…before returning to her room for the night.
However, the next morning, she claims she was tasked with waking up Oscar…and that’s when she says things got worse.
The alleged victim says she knocked on the door, but got no response. She entered the bedroom. Once inside, the woman claims that Oscar “then fired [name withheld] in her bed, where he sexually assaulted her.”
The lawsuit makes no mention of the woman turning herself in to law enforcement … or alerting Casa Mexico leaders.
Unfortunately, the woman says the abuse didn’t stop there.
Some time after the trip to Mexico, the woman says she went to dinner with work colleagues, including Oscar, before returning home after eating.
The woman claims Oscar “revealed and retrieved a sex object from a collection stored in his home” and “forcibly inserted the sex object into” the alleged victim’s body.
At that time, the woman says she alerted Don Bucciothe founder of Casa Mexico, but she says no action has been taken.
Despite the serious allegations, De La Hoya believes his name will be cleared.
“I am confident that my legal team will solve this case and prove my innocence.”
