Lil Durk says he’s taking a break from social media, but that’s not what the Chicago rapper is trending for – it’s about a crazy casino fight, where some think Durk went sleeping !
The viral footage shows a man with blonde dreadlocks being knocked out. There’s no question the guy is breaking down, but the identity has certainly been called into question.
Well, turns out it’s neither Durk nor his doppelganger, Perkio who caught the viral reaper.
The man who suffered the bruises is actually a self-proclaimed Houston venture capitalist by the name of James Lett IVwho, on the face of it, is enjoying his newfound fame – flaunting his face to prove the punch left no dent and bragging about his increased social traffic.
Judging by the timestamp of the OG poster, the fight appears to have taken place over the weekend of the 4th of July in a Florida casino – but it caught fire online following announcements from Durk and Perkio.
Durk announced an Instagram and Discontinuation of Twitter On Monday, just when the video was starting to trend…which only fueled rumors that it was him.

Durk cried out to his dead brothers King Von and D-Thang and also reiterated the same procrastination speech to his Twitter legion.
It looks like he’s only focused on achieving his next hit and not avoiding comments on the fight video.
Meanwhile, Perkio is still making money from Durk’s name…including an in-person meeting today, which should go smoothly now that fans know he’s no punching bag.
