Designed especially for baking, granulated SPLENDA® not only tastes like sugar, it measures cup for cup like real sugar. It can be used almost anywhere sugar is used and remains sweet at high temperatures, so it can be used not only in baking, but also in cooking. This means you can drastically reduce the number of calories and carbs in all of your favorite cookies, breads, muffins, good baked recipes, and sweeter dishes.
I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like cookies. And with a texture similar to shortbread, these Sugar-free sugar cookies make a great substitute for those loaded with sugar. They are also great for decoration! All you need to do is collect some ingredients, start rolling out this dough, and grab some of your favorite spring and Easter cookie cutters. We found an adorable set of cookie cutters with a bunny shape, egg shape, flower shape, and carrot shape. They pretty much scream Easter and all spring and, we love it.
While we’re happy to leave all the sugar calories and carbs behind with this recipe, there’s no reason we can’t get creative and have fun making them super cute and pretty.
