Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Malik jackson says west coast customs overcharged him BIG TIME after he brought them cars to cheat … and now he’s suing.
In a new trial obtained by TMZ SportsJackson claims in July 2019 … he made a deal with California’s famous custom car store to turn two of his Chevrolets into sick hot rods.
The problem? Jackson says over a year later … the store still has their cars – and wants LOT MORE money than they originally quoted for the job.
Jackson says that for one of the builds – a Chevy Gasser – he agreed to pay $ 200,000 to have it rebuilt and customized.
But, in the documents, Jackson claims that when West Coast Customs brought him the invoice … it was over $ 37,000 above the agreed price.
In the documentation, Jackson says that with the other car he brought – a Chevy Cruiser – the WCC also charged him over $ 150,000 above the agreed price.
Jackson is now suing the store for breach of contract … asking for more than $ 187,000 in damages.
We reached out to WCC – which gained huge fame in the early 2000s for their work on MTV’s “Pimp My Ride” … but they didn’t comment.
Jackson is one of the highest paid defensive players in the NFL … he signed a 3 year, $ 30 million contract with the Eagles in 2019.
He previously helped the Denver Broncos win a Super Bowl in the 2015 season.
