NFL’s Cre’Von LeBlanc Honoring Incarcerated Brother With Rap Career, ‘His Dream’
Philly Eagles cornerback Cre’Von LeBlanc says he started a rap career to help his brother’s dream come true … TMZ Sports he wants to give him a platform after his release from prison.
LeBlanc, 26 – AKA “Strap” – says what started as a hobby has now grown into something bigger … as he hopes to help his brother who is currently in jail.
“I know his passion that he has behind music and I’m just trying to keep it going for him,” says LeBlanc. “Because it’s hard when you’re a criminal and you come home and it’s hard to find a job, it’s hard to do anything.”
FYI – brother of LeBlanc, Craig Jr., is serving a life sentence in a Florida jail after being convicted of attempted murder … but Cre’Von hopes to find him one day.
Cre’Von explains … “So I really want to build the music side for him. I know his dream and his aspirations and his goals and just having something set in stone so when he comes home he has something coming home for. “
LeBlanc says the reaction he got from his friends, family and even strangers has been too positive … everyone encouraging him to release more tracks.
