Marilyn mansonis no longer a fugitive from the law in New Hampshire – he surrendered for an alleged concert spitting incident in 2019, was booked and released.
As we told you … the shock rocker is facing 2 counts of Simple Assault for an alleged altercation with a videographer during a show at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in August 2019.
Authorities first issued the arrest warrant in October 2019, but said in May that it had been dodge them. His legal team disputed this, saying Manson had been in contact with cops since the warrant was issued.
Either way, the PD from Gilford to NH told TMZ… Manson went to law enforcement in LA last Friday for the alleged concert acts, and was released on personal bail.
He has now been released on the condition that he does not commit any crime during his release, that he has no contact with the alleged victim and that he will appear at all his hearings.
As we told you … the concert video shows Manson sticking his face into the camera lens and unloading a huge wad of saliva. Gilford PD told us the alleged victim suffered “no injuries”, but Manson was charged because the sputum constitutes “unprivileged physical contact”.
Of course, that’s far from the musician’s only legal issue at the moment. He was also sued by 4 women for sexual assault over the past few months.
