A tragic ending to what was meant to be a thrilling stunt – after a father miscalculated his cliff jump – leading to his death as his family watched horrified.
The video is hard to watch, you see the man jump off a 100ft cliff in Spain. Obviously, he quickly knows something is wrong, letting out a scream before he cuts through the jagged rock and hits the water…you hear the recording woman scream, “Oh my God!”
According to Mallorca Daily Bulletinthe woman checking in was the man’s wife – his son was also present – and they had hired a boat for the day to visit the rocks of one of the Malgrats Islands near Santa Ponsa.
The report says authorities were called to the scene shortly after the crash and were able to locate the man’s body.
It is unclear who the man was or if he was visiting the area on vacation.
