Lynne spears waste no time … just a day later BritneyThe court-appointed lawyer has resigned, she asks the judge to allow her daughter to hire her own private lawyer to start the ball rolling and end her guardianship.
Lynne has filed legal documents, obtained by TMZ, in which she says what might have been the case 13 years ago when the guardianship was established is no longer the case. Lynne’s lawyer says Britney is now able to take care of herself and further notes that she “had to perform in front of millions of people, had to manage hundreds of performances, had to use her talents artistic and creative to prepare shows by choreographing each and every movement and interaction with many co-performers, and has had to rehearse and perform for thousands of hours over the years. “
Lynne’s lawyer lists 10 requests Britney made in her lifetime June 23 hearing, but says that the first of them must be the appointment of the lawyer of his choice, as this has an impact on each of his requests.
Lynne notes that Britney said she was unaware that she might even end the guardianship … something which we are told is strongly disputed by others involved.
Lynne either asks the court for permission for Britney to choose her own lawyer, or the court to appoint a lawyer acceptable to Britney.
It’s interesting … Britney lashed out at Lynne when she testified last month. Plus, it’ll be a tough climb for Lynne, as the judge could easily tell that she doesn’t have the legal capacity to file such documents.
Lynne requests a hearing on July 14.
