Lil Yachty Sued for Assault, by Fan at Rolling Loud’s Juice WRLD Tribute
Lil yachty ruined a man’s chances of watching a WRLD juice tribute when the rapper and his boys beat him … according to a new trial.
Jimmy quivac Yachty continues, claiming that he and his team punched him as he walked inside the Rolling Loud festival last December to watch a tribute to the late Juice WRLD.
According to documents, obtained by TMZ, Jimmy claims he was walking alone and heading towards the Coliseum in Los Angeles when he noticed Yachty and a large crowd standing near the entrance. As he tried to squeeze through the crowd, Jimmy claims someone yelled at him for falling on him, then all hell broke loose … and Yachty allegedly hit him melee.
Jimmy claims the Yachty crew joined in on the action … hitting, stomping and kicking him while he was on the ground. After the dust settled, he said he suffered injuries to his wrist, hand and arm.
He is suing for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
TMZ broke history … the alleged incident was filmed. You can see in the video part of a group of Yachty’s who appear to be attacking a man, who is eventually seen getting up and running away. Yachty, at the time, claimed he and his friends were leaving the festival and the guy in the video, Jimmy, had pushed him for no reason. Yachty said he and his friends confronted the guy and asked him what his beef was with them.
Yachty claimed his friends didn’t want to fight.
