Kris Jenner Calls BS on Security Guard’s Sexual Harassment Lawsuit
A security guard took legal action against Kris jenner and Kourtney kardashian, claiming that they sexually harassed him with sexually-oriented comments and overtures … but Kris and Kourtney call it “fabricated and fake fiction” by a disgruntled former employee.
Marc McWilliams claims he was hired in 2017 as a security guard to watch Kris and the family. He claims that in May 2017, he was subjected to “a pattern of unwanted and unwanted sexual advances and other harassing misconduct” by Kris. Among his claims … comments of an “overt sexual nature”, comments about his physical appearance, comments about his sexual activities and comments that he is having sex, among others.
McWilliams claims, among other things, that Kris massaged her neck, shoulders, arms and back without her consent, rested her hand on her thigh and groin, had her pelvis rubbed against her back and / or her rear, and claims that she has exposed parts of her body to him. He also claims that she made “obscene, suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments about himself and her colleagues.”
He claims that Jenner then engaged in a pattern of conduct “involving non-consensual physical contact” with him. He says he complained to the human resources department. from his security company, but the complaints were ignored.
Kris’ lawyer, Marty singer, says TMZ, “Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately towards Marc McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the house and he never even entered Kris’ house.”
The singer continues … “Kris had very little interaction with him. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while he was at work, the security company was asked. not to assign him to work there in the future. “
As to why he is suing Kourtney as well … he claims she was also responsible for what he claims was retaliation.
Singer goes on to say … “The guard never complained to his employer about Kris until he made up this ridiculous claim.” He adds: “Although Kourtney is named in the lawsuit, she is not charged with doing anything wrong with the guard, and neither has she.”
The singer ends by saying … “It is outrageous that anyone can sue anyone in America and believe that there is no recourse to pursue fictitious and baseless claims. When Kris and Kourtney beat this ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately prosecute McWilliams and his lawyers for malicious prosecution. “
McWilliams is suing for unspecified damages.
