Katy Perry Gets Court Protection from Alleged Stalker Arrested at Her Home
Katy Perryisn’t taking any chances as a new mom – she just received a restraining order against a man she says is stalking her and is potentially dangerous.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, a 38-year-old man named William terry has been posting obscene messages about her on social media for months – along with threats directed at Orlando bloom and others – and his creepy behavior resulted in him jumping the fence last week at his Beverly Hills home.
Katy says after Terry jumped over the fence on his property – while she was at home with his newborn daughter – he refused to leave when he was apprehended by security … so he was placed under arrest by a citizen until the cops came and arrested him for trespassing.
However, Katy says that Terry has already been released and that she fears that he will come back … because he would have also tried to enter her property in early August by claiming that she invited him.
In the legal documentation, Katy includes several alarming messages posted on Terry’s Twitter account from December 2019. They include tweets tagged #activeshooter, comments about the killing of dogs and cops, threats to “break the neck of” Orlando Bloom ”and wishes to Orlando’s son and his ex, Miranda Kerr, “catch covid and die.”
The tweets also include numerous graphic and sexually explicit comments about Katy.
The documents say Terry is homeless, but attempts were made to serve the temporary restraining order on him. The judge awarded it for Katy, Orlando, their newborn daughter and Orlando’s son, Flynn. Terry must stay 100 yards from them until a hearing next month.
As you know … just Katy became a mother for the first time last month, as she and Orlando welcomed a baby girl, Daisy dove bloom.
