Katharine McPhee is now a million dollars richer…because she just sold her Hollywood Hills home for $3.27 million.
The “American Idol” alum first listed the pad for around $2.6 million last March… so she was able to cash in and get a bit more than the original asking price.
The Spanish-style home is two levels and spans 3,527 square feet…and whoever picked up the 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home now has a stunning lovely pad…with oak floors, beamed ceilings exposed beams, a built-in barbecue and all sorts of other fixins.
Katharine bought the house in the summer of 2017 for just over $2 million – that’s around the time she and her husband, David Foster, were first romantically linked. She spent the money on the renovations, but it seems it added value and she got more than she invested.
Of course, it’s no surprise that she’s moved on to greener pastures… David and Katharine landed a bigger house last summer in Brentwood Park for $7.1 million.
Their new home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and plenty of space…more space for their family after fostering their first child last fall.
