Blac Chyna suing the Kardashians is proving to be a very costly affair for her – the family say the lawsuit cost them nearly $400,000, and now they are demanding that Chyna cover that amount.
One of the things the judge ordered last month, after a jury ruled in favor of the Kardashians, was for BC to pay their legal costs because she had subjected them to the legal boom.
Welp, the Kardashians’ attorneys have filed new documents outlining their financial burden for the lawsuit, and it’s just over $390,000. BTW, this does NOT include their lawyers’ fees.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, the Kardashians’ legal team insists the family spent more than $391,094 in total throughout the years-long process.
Some of their highest expenses — procedural service ($9,325.99); electronic document hosting ($7,248.35), court reporter fees ($19,895) and filing fees ($63,078.20).
The most important item though – their team claims $184,871.71 was spent on “models, enlargements and photocopies of exhibits”. There is even more money that is unclassified, almost $97,000.
As we said, the judge said they have to pay their fees, but the court will still have to approve the final amount.
Call it Hard Lesson #327 for Chyna: If the winner gets the spoils, the loser gets the bill.
