Kanye West Defend what many considered to be a “trash bag” clothing display while its Yeezy Gap line hit stores across the country.
Ye appeared on Fox News on Thursday in a short interview from the Gap site in Times Square. When asked if he understood why some have criticized clothing racks as insensitive to homeless people, Kanye replied, “I’m an innovator, and I’m not here to sit back and apologize. For my ideas. This is exactly what the media are trying to say. Doing: making us excuse for any idea that does not correspond exactly to the way they want us to think. ”
If you have not seen them, the clothes are presented in large bags that customers can browse and find their sizes, many have compared the bags to garbage bags.
During the interview, Ye stressed that the bags were not garbage bags, but large construction bags.
He says: “It’s not a joke, it’s not a game, it’s not just a collaboration with celebrities … It’s my life. I fight to change clothes and bring the best design to people.”
Regardless of what people can think of displays, clothes are always very popular and sell in several places.
