Josh Dugar is serving a 12-year prison sentence for child pornography, but now we know more about what his life will be like once released, with 20 years under surveillance.
According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Duggar must have no unsupervised contact with minors, including his own children. If he wants to see his children, the visit must be supervised by his wife, parents, or another adult approved by the US Probation Board.
There is also a condition that states that Duggar cannot access or view porn of any kind, including adult porn.
In addition, he is prohibited from using the Internet without the prior approval of his probation officer.
Of course, he’ll also have to go through more standard supervised release conditions — including sex therapy — and have to submit to lie detector tests if asked.
As we reported, the “19 Kids Matters” star was guilty on one count each of receiving and possessing child pornography … but the possession charge was dropped upon conviction.
Duggar’s attorney has vowed to appeal.
