Here is Joe Gorga going nuclear over one of his tenants in a dispute over rent for an apartment complex the ‘RHONJ’ star owns…and the screaming match is intense!!!
The heated row is a cutting-edge Jersey showdown… with landlord Joe getting into his tenant’s grill, and profanity and accusations flying back and forth.
The incident happened Thursday in Hawthorne, NJ and it appears this dispute has been brewing for some time – Joe’s attorney claims the tenant hasn’t paid for a few years and owes nearly $50,000 in rent arrears.
As you can see from the video, the tenant sees things differently… claiming that Joe got a good chunk of the state’s rent money through a COVID relief program.
While Joe’s lawyer, W. Peter Ragansays Joe raised nearly $40,000 in NJ’s COVID rental relief, he claims the guy hasn’t paid rent on his own since October 2018 and still owes Joe nearly $50,000 .
Joe’s representative, Mike Martoci, says Joe felt bad for the guy at first and didn’t want to kick him out but as you can see in this video… Joe changed his mind. Ragan says they have now filed eviction papers.
For his part, the tenant says he is a restaurant manager who lost his job during COVID, and is still trying to get back on his feet.
