Jason Derulo and Jena Fruits co-parenting their son without a hitch, under completely different roofs – and she’s doing it under a whole new… TMZ Hip-Hop has learned.
The R&B/pop star leveraged his success on Billboard and TikTok to buy a nearly 5,000 square foot fortress for $3.6 million in March, but it wasn’t for himself. We are told Jena and their son Jason King live there exclusively, with plenty of room to, you know… squirm.
The chic pad ticks off 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and features a swimming pool with integrated spa and waterfall, a soundproof cinema room, as well as an outdoor farmhouse and barbecue area.
Jason emptied the house last March amid a career resurgence that saw his TikTok following and bank account swell significantly.
Fans were first shocked to see Jason supporting Jena at her recent runway gig during conception Luli Fama‘s Miami Swim Week show…especially after cheating allegations broke off their relationship last September.
But, judging by the pictures, everything seems to be fine in the Encino neighborhood!!!
