House Where Pop Smoke Was Killed Sells for Millions
Someone wants the house where Pop smoke was shot … because we discovered he was about to be sold, just six months after the rapper was killed on the property.
The Hollywood Hills home was listed at $ 2,950,000 in July and the home is now in receivership … meaning the seller has accepted an offer from a potential buyer.
We broke history … Pop Smoke was shot and killed by 4 masked armed men in February, in what looked like a home invasion theft at the rental pad.
Bloody history aside, the 4-bedroom home is pretty awesome … it’s 2,918 square feet with views of Laurel Canyon, the Los Angeles skyline, and the Pacific. The place is equipped with an infinity pool, spa, fire pit, koi pond and zen garden, as well as cool terraces.
The master bedroom has a bath and its own private terrace … and the house comes with smart technology, surround sound and a 3 car garage.
Teddi Mellencamp and her husband, Edwin Arroyave I owned the house and rented it out … and now it’s about to change hands despite Pop’s gruesome death scene.
Our sincere thanks to
