‘Fresh Prince of Bell-Air’ Mansion Hits Airbnb for Royal Stays
Thirty years later Will smith watched his kingdom and sat on his throne as the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” … he gives fans the chance to book the famous mansion on Airbnb.
Big Willie and the vacation rental company are teaming up to rent out part of the famous Brentwood Mansion that was used as an exterior for the hit NBC sitcom for six incredibly successful seasons in the ’90s.
The mansion provides access to what would have been Will’s bedroom and bathroom on the show … as well as the poolside lounge and chic dining room. They will be greeted with bold graffiti, chic interiors, family portraits and Philly cheesesteaks served on silver platters. Luxury, baby.
Fans will have the chance to don a new pair of Air Jordans and shoot baskets in the bedroom. There are also turntables if someone is down for a DJ Jazzy Jeff session. You can also rummage through Will’s closet and don a preppy Bel-Air Academy outfit or sweat it out in Bel-Air Athletics gear. BTW … Jazzy Jeff will virtually greet the fans in the pool area if you choose to catch a few rays.
Here’s the thing … these bookings are overnight stays and only 5 dates are available. And, if you’re outside of the LA County area, you’re out of luck because it’s only open to those residents. People trying to book must also prove that they are all currently living in the same household to minimize the risk of COVID. And don’t worry … the place is cleaned according to CDC rules.
This is the first time that the mansion has opened its doors to fans looking to create their own memories as the series celebrates its 30th anniversary. So the good news? It’s only $ 30 for the night to commemorate the 30th anniversary. Reservations will start on September 29 and stays will take place on October 2, 5, 8, 11 and 14. Airbnb will also make a donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia to celebrate the royal event.
As we reported … Will teased ‘Fresh Prince’ reunion, which is set to air on HBO Max around Thanksgiving.
Our sincere thanks to
