Ezra Miller Reportedly Nixed from DCEU After ‘Flash’ Movie

Ezra Miller is apparently on hiatus from Warner Bros. Discovery in the midst of a tumultuous time – a new report suggests this is the beleaguered actor’s final outing as DC’s fastest superhero.

The ‘Flash’ star is said to be getting the boot after this final time with Barry Allen in the forthcoming film (which is already in the box) – meaning they won’t be reprising the role in the future. DCEU… this according to Deadlinewho seems to have softened his stance, but still suggests they are dead.

Here’s what Deadline first said about Miller’s future… “In (David) Zaslav’s plan to make DC an explosively successful division like Marvel under his newly structured studio, with his own new boss , Miller’s non-binary identification, we hear, is just not a part of those plans to go forward in the future universe, whether there are more allegations or not.”

Deadline has since revised its story to read… “Sources said that while no other allegations surface, the studio likely won’t keep Miller as The Flash in future DC movies. That would mean replacing him at the future, but there’s still a $200 million investment on the line with the first movie and Warner Bros executives have to cringe at every new press report.”

Indeed…they hedged in case WB kept them. But, by most accounts — including other reporters who say they confirmed the news — it looks like Ezra is being shunned.

Essentially, Warner is praying that there aren’t any more negative headlines about EM…but on the matter of who has surfaced so far – a source told Deadline: “There’s no There’s no gain in this for Warner Bros. It’s a hereditary problem for Zaslav. The hope is that the scandal will stay at a low level before the movie comes out, and hopefully the best will be.”

The saga is far from over. Not only the parents of the 18-year-old activist Tokata’s Iron Eyes applied for an order of protection against them – but without success as they cannot find Ezra to serve them – but a second order of protection was would have issued last week in favor of the mother of a 12-year-old child from Massachusetts … who has her own claims against them.

Amid all the chaos, Miller reportedly posted a series of memes that some have interpreted as mocking the authorities, who are trying to track them down. Then they deleted their IG.

FWIW, iron eyes says she’s fine and that his parents are wrong – but nonetheless, people are deeply concerned… and it looks like Ezra and TIE are off the radar.
