Elon musk seems to be in the crosshairs of a notorious group of hackers who are responsible for some of the biggest digital breaches / leaks in modern history.
Tesla CEO is the subject of a new video posted by Anonymous – a coalition of self-proclaimed freedom fighters who use Guy Fawkes’ “V for Vendetta” mask as their logo … and who have caused much grief to different organizations over the years, including Scientology, PayPal and others.
In their latest offer … they go after Elon, claiming that the power he wields in the cryptocurrency markets – and the cavalier manner in which he wields it – has gone pretty far … especially when it comes to Bitcoin , who has reacted wildly to Elon’s words lately.
Anonymous claims that even though Elon has positioned himself as concerned about the environment with Tesla’s pivot away from Bitcoin, he does not practice what he preaches within the company itself – making numerous allegations against him and Tesla’s practices in general.
Anonymous continues to shoot Elon even more personally … claiming he suffers from a superiority / savior complex – noting that he once nicknamed himself “the Emperor of Mars” – and that he actually hurts them. working class people and their prospects through its constant crypto trolling.
There’s a lot to unbox here… but in the end, Anonymous seems to think that Elon isn’t a friend of the common man – something they consider to be – and because of that… they seem be issue a warning. As to what it is … remains to be seen.
Anonymous has notoriously disrupted the computer systems of large corporations, as well as municipalities – particularly in the wake of deaths involving police such as Michael Brown and, recently, George Floyd, whom they have sworn to avenge by “exposing” the alleged wrongdoing. by MPD. They’ve also been involved in spurring notable social movements like Occupy Wall Street… not to mention participating in high-profile leaks, especially around Jeffrey Epstein.
In other words, Elon et co. might want to strengthen their firewalls and encrypt passwords, STAT.
