A woman claiming to have dated Dalvin cook for the past three years, said the NFL star screwed her up in November 2020 … leaving her with a scratched, bruised, and bloody mess.
But the Minnesota Vikings running back is adamant he hasn’t done anything wrong – claiming he’s the victim of an elaborate extortion plot.
US Army Veteran Gracelyn trimble statement the disturbing charges in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports … claiming that she met Cook at a Florida beach in 2018 and started dating the footballer shortly thereafter.
Trimble, however, said in the docs in March 2020… the relationship got worse.
Trimble claims Cook got her pregnant, but she miscarried – and while she was in the hospital to deal with it all, she says Cook was cheating on her.
Trimble says this led to a “physically violent argument” between the two, where she claims Cook pushed her – resulting in their breakup.
But, says Trimble, less than 3 months later they rekindled their romance and started living together in Florida… and also shared a space in Minnesota, where Cook lived during Viking season.
Trimble, however, says that in mid-November the two got into a fight at the Mall of America, and when they got home, Cook hit her and threw her to the ground.
Due to Cook’s alleged history of violence, Trimble says she has stored mass in her garage.
Shortly after, the Trimble altercation says she then learned that Cook was cheating on her again… so she decided to confront him, get her things together and end the relationship.
On November 19, 2020, Trimble claims in the documents that she entered Cook’s house through the garage, grabbed the mace and headed inside to pack her things.
Inside the house, Trimble claims to have asked Cook for help with packing his things – but he got angry, “grabbed her arm and threw her whole body on the couch, slamming her. face against the coffee table and causing her lower forehead and the bridge of her nose to split open and start to spout blood. “
Trimble claims that she then attempted to defend herself by covering up Cook, but he overpowered her and the mace mainly hit her eyes.
After briefly stepping outside, Trimble says she went upstairs and attempted to take a shower in order to wash the mass from her eyes – but claims she was confronted with Cook again… claiming the NFL star picked her up and slammed her to the floor. She claims she hit the corner of a bed in the room, causing a deep gash on her arm.
Trimble claims that Cook then tackled her to the ground and told her she “was going to die”. She then claims that Cook hit and strangled her and that she grabbed a gun and pointed it at her head “while shouting death threats”.
Trimble says in the documents that Cook ultimately put the gun down, but kept it pinned to the ground.
The woman says Cook let her get up – and she was able to get into the shower to try and wash the blood off her. But, she says their heated argument continued after she ended up in the bathroom.
Trimble says she got off and that she and Cook started arguing again – before she claimed Dalvin started beating her with a broomstick.
“Although she was an active combat soldier,” the documents read, “where she was shot at missiles and bullets, Trimble feared for her life like she had never done before. . “
Trimble claims the beating continued as she tried to get away from Cook for help, but said Cook would not let her go.
Trimble claims that despite begging Cook to call the police or an ambulance, he held her against her will for hours – before finally taking her to the airport.
After returning to Florida, Trimble says she did not initially go to the hospital because she wanted to protect Cook … but on November 25, after claiming to realize her injuries were serious, she went to the emergency room. .
While there she said she told the doctors she had an ATV accident… and they diagnosed her with a concussion and “several deep cuts and bruises”.
Trimble claims Cook apologized profusely after the incident, but they did not see each other for about a month until a death in Cook’s family – which she said brought the couple back together.
But, Trimble says the relationship ended up falling apart again – and they called things off.
Cook’s attorney, however, claimed in a statement to TMZ Sports on Tuesday that he was in fact the victim … and said shortly after the two started dating, she, “became emotionally abusive, physically aggressive and confrontational, and repeatedly tried to provoke him “.
Cook accused Trimble of damaging his car, assaulting him and trying to “keep him from seeing another woman” throughout their relationship.
Regarding the incident of November 19, 2020, Cook says Trimble assaulted him without provocation – assaulting him and his guests.
Cook says Trimble held the football player at gunpoint for several hours – and claimed video of the incident shows she was the assailant.
Cook added that all of the injuries Trimble sustained during the altercation were “the result of Sergeant Trimble’s own unlawful conduct.”
“We are confident that a full disclosure of the facts will show that Mr. Cook did nothing wrong,” Cook’s lawyers said.
