Cop Who Shot Jacob Blake 7 Times Identified as Rusten Sheskey
The Wisconsin cop who fired seven shots in the back Jacob blake has been identified as agent Rusten Sheskey.. because more details on the case have just been published.
The shooting is under investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and an early account of Sunday’s incident shows Sheskey as the trigger man.
According to the DOJ … Officers from the Kenosha Police Department were sent to a residence after a caller reported that her boyfriend was there when he was not supposed to be.
During the incident, the DOJ said police attempted to arrest Jacob and used a taser to try and stop him, but it did not work.

The DOJ then describes what you seen in video … Jacob walked around his vehicle, opened the driver’s side door and leaned forward as Constable Sheskey held up Blake’s shirt and shot him 7 times in the back.
As we have reported … Jacob’s family says he is paralyzed from waist down and will need a miracle to walk again.
The DOJ says Jacob said he had a knife in his possession, but DCI agents recovered a knife from the floor on the driver’s side of Blake’s car. In other words, he wasn’t even close to Jacob when he was shot in the back 7 times. The DOJ says no other weapons were found in Jacob’s car.
The state says the DCI continues to review the evidence and determine the facts and will turn over its investigation report to a prosecutor when completed.
