Clint Eastwood Sues CBD Retailers For Using His Name Online

Clint eastwood wants CBD retailers to keep his name out of their mouths … and now he’s suing.
Dirty Harry filed a pair of lawsuits Wednesday against CBD retailers, who he says are using his reputation to sell their cannabis products online and deceive customers.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Clint says these CBD retailers are backing up their products by using fake interviews with him where he gushes out their marijuana merchandise. Clint says he’s never sat down with any of these companies and doesn’t endorse their products.
In a lawsuit, Clint also claims that CBD retailers use his name to attract consumers through Google searches. Yes, this 90-year-old man is plugged into metadata.
In the documentation, Clint says he’s vilified by lies about him using CBD products and says companies aren’t allowed to use his likeness to sell their products.
Clint is looking for a big paycheck here … he’s asking for millions of dollars in damages, for CBD retailers to spit dough from his name and for injunctions preventing them from using his name and likeness.
