cheech & Chong celebrate 4/20 the only way they know how — by smoking a big blunt — while chugging, chugging, passing with cops in a new music video.
The iconic comedic stoner duo team up with Dog headthe viral Fleetwood Mac skater of 2020, for his first rap debut in “Low Rider” … igniting a fatty in the video, and prompting a visit from the police.
the videoThe release date of is April 20th, the unofficial Marijuana Day, so naturally the police cast starts sharing the blunt with Cheech, Chong, and Doggface, some real reefer madness.
Doggface’s first song – titled “Low Rider” – is Klypso‘s and it features War and another well-known stoner, Snoop Doggwho also does not hesitate to smoke in front of the camera.
george lopez even makes an appearance…park it too!!!
As we first told you… the music video was filmed over 4 days at Snoop’s compound and at a studio in Burbank and cost around $300,000 to produce, with Snoop getting close to $100,000. and a big part going to production.
The song is a spinoff of the original (by War) and the celebrity cast makes sense…remember, Cheech and Chong played the OG “Low Rider” in their iconic movie, “Up in Smoke”… and the tune also serves as the theme song for George’s self-titled sitcom, “George Lopez”.
Good 4/20…don’t try to smoke with cops at home!!!
