Changi Airport Offers Food Delivery From Nearly 30 Eateries

Changi Airport Group has launched its own food delivery service.

Starting today (August 28), diners can order food from nearly 30 restaurants at Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport.

There are a variety of options, ranging from main courses, desserts, baked goods, bubble tea, and even wine.

Participating F&B brands include London-based Burger & Lobster, Lavender Bakery, Tai Cheong Bakery, Japanese Noodles Tsuta Soba, 4Fingers and Lady M.

Customers can place their order on the Changi Eats website, which is currently still in beta.

Customers can mix and match orders from up to five different restaurants in a single transaction. There is also no markup – prices listed on the website remain the same as in-store prices.

A minimum spend of S $ 50 will result in a delivery charge of between S $ 5 and S $ 12 (depending on location), while orders over S $ 80 will qualify for free shipping in addition to an additional discount by 15%.

Payments made with MasterCard can also qualify for free shipping when using a promotional code.

Customers can also choose to collect their own orders at Terminal 3 at Changi Airport via a drive-through pickup option to save on delivery costs.

Please note that orders must be placed one day in advance and up to two hours before the scheduled delivery times from 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.

With every transaction on the platform, diners can also have the chance to earn Changi Rewards points.

Changi Rewards members can earn up to five times more loyalty points for every dollar spent on top of the regular rate, capped at 300 points per order, by September 30.

“The travel industry, as well as the retail and food and beverage industry have been severely affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Changi Airport has been affected and our tenants, many of whom are local SMEs, are also affected, ”Changi Airport said on its website.

“However, we remain resilient and are committed to helping our partners through this difficult time. As such, we have worked with a group of local SMEs to roll out this delivery initiative so that we can bring you Changi. “
