Chadwick Boseman’s Jackie Robinson Biopic, ’42,’ To Return To Theaters After Death
Chadwick boseman fans will be able to see his iconic Jackie Robinson performance on the big screen one last time … with “42” reissued days after his tragic death.
Boseman’s lead role as a baseball hero was one of his first big screen gigs … leading to projects like “Draft Day”, “Get on Up” and the legendary T’Challa character. in “Black Panther” and the “Avengers” series.
AMC Theaters have announced that they will be showing the 2013 film – which is also starring Harrison ford and Nicole beharie – in 300 different locations later this week … in tribute to the beloved actor.
Tickets will be made available on Tuesday … and screenings will start on Thursday.
As we stated previously, Boseman died at 43 Friday after a 4-year battle with colon cancer.
