Eric PrydzThe ex-wife will no longer call on him for monthly child support in the future, but he pays more than 6 figures in one payment to complete his divorce.
The famous Swedish DJ has struck a deal with his now ex, Sophie, after they called that quit one year ago. Long and short of what they’ve agreed is… she gets a decent amount of money, and he gets the house and an SUV.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Eric and Sofie’s marriage contract was applied in deciding the amount of child support to which she is entitled, which was approximately $ 920,000 – $ 200,000 for each year of wedding. They had been together for 4.6 years.
The documents indicate that he has already paid her that amount … and that he keeps their Mulholland Drive home, along with all of their furniture, artwork, and jewelry that weren’t already reserved for Sofie.
Eric also gets a 2016 Land Rover and keeps his company, Leja Corporation, to himself. Likewise, Sofie obtains all rights to her own LLC, Little Friends Friend.
As for their 2 young children, the exes have agreed to joint legal and physical custody – however, the children will mostly live in California with mum… while Eric will apparently move to Sweden.
He will get them for up to 8 weeks each summer, plus a rotating vacation. He will also pay $ 4,000 a month in child support.
Either way, we’re sure Eric will be fine, financially – he’s been hit after the fact, including his famous 2004 smash, “Call on Me.” He has also purchased several record companies over the years.
All’s well That ends well.
