Britney spears is now in the liquidation phase of the trusteeship which is now over, and the woman who was his personal curator wants the post-conservative plan to be kept a secret, and the reason has to do with his mistrust of him. Jamie spears.
Jodi montgomery filed legal documents several days before Friday’s hearing that ended with the end of the nearly 14-year guardianship. Montgomery said in legal documents that she and others at Britney’s camp have filed a “termination plan,” which includes guidelines “for supportive decision-making to help [Britney] adapt and move on to life outside the guardianship. “
The plan contains sensitive medical information as well as information about Britney’s 2 children. There is also information on Britney’s business interests and finances.
Montgomery only wants to circulate the plan to Judge and Britney’s attorney … but no one else. She says the limited distribution reflects Britney’s wishes.
Montgomery said: “Based on the history of this case, it is no secret that Ms. Spears had a controversial relationship with her family, particularly her father, Mr. Spears.” She continues: “Given the history of this case, it is clear that Ms Spears does not want her medical or other privacy rights violated by her father or any other party in this guardianship case.”
TMZ reported, plan involves Montgomery stay on board to help Britney with her personal needs, and a financial company is ready to help with money matters. And, as Britney said in court in June, she wants to continue therapy.
