Britney Spears‘ ex, Jason Alexandercan’t contact or bother the singer in any capacity for at least the next 3 years, a judge just granted a restraining order against Britney’s ex-husband…and also hit him with a charge of criminal harassment.
Alexander pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Monday to charges stemming from last week’s wild incident – in which he filmed himself sneak into the Ventura area compound where she was to be hitched…only to be detained following a fight with security/law enforcement.
The judge also added a criminal harassment charge to Alexander’s case and set his bail at $100,000 … and he will have to surrender any firearms he may have in his possession.
As we reported, cops say JA was armed with a knife during the episode, and an Emergency Protection Order was issued in Britney’s name – ordering her to get away from her and Sat.
He was sentenced for trespassing, vandalism and assault, for which he could possibly enter a plea on Monday. And he still has another case against him from Northern California…where he is suspected of committing a grand theft.
In this case…a woman claims he stole an expensive bracelet when it crashed on her pad in 2015, listed as worth $2,000. The Napa County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Alexander soon after in 2016 — but it has so far dodged it, it seems.
After he was arrested at the wedding, the warrant appeared. So he has to take care of that too. It’s unclear how the cases could be presented in order, but both are on the table.
