Jaime Spears just went full throttle asking a judge to force her daughter to sit down for a deposition…and that’s largely over with the claims Britney made about him on social media.
Jamie just filed legal documents, obtained by TMZ, in which her lawyer says Britney is leading a campaign to dump Jamie on Instagram and her soon-to-be-released memoir, and apparently Jamie now wants dispute his allegations.
Among the issues Jamie wants to address his daughter under oath… allegations that she was forced to donate 8 tubes of blood for medical treatment, was forced into therapy and was not allowed to possess painkillers.
Jamie says all of his daughter’s allegations are relevant to whether he abused his role as a curator…something that Britney and her lawyer, Mathew Rosengarthave insisted arrived.
He goes on to say that Rosengart refused to schedule a deposition, saying Jamie’s efforts were “another tactic to bully, harass and bully his daughter — his own daughter.”
As we reported, Rosengart has already filed legal documents saying that Jamie himself avoided sitting down for a deposition… and Rosengart even said he will go to louisiana — where Jamie lives — to grill the chef.
