Britney Spears has a massive new house to go with this new marriage – and she and Sam Asghari are already packed to move.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … that she shelled out $11.8 million for the Calabasas mansion. The 11,650 square foot home is actually quite close to where Kevin Federline lives with her 2 sons, Sean and Jayden.
Brit’s white car was in the driveway on Monday, along with moving trucks…so it looks like the newlyweds are moving into their new home.
Sam and Brit’s new playground sits on 1.6 acres of land…it has a huge kitchen, home theater room, and even a room just for wrapping presents. Christmas is going to be illuminated!!!
Outside they have a huge swimming pool, with a slide. Oh, the IG videos that Brit is going to do there.
This region is home to many other big stars — Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker lives there now, and justin bieber used to call it home before him and Hailey moved to Bev Hills.
The move explains why the couple didn’t leave town for a honeymoon right after their Thursday night wedding at Brit’s current home in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
According to property records, the stars of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” Josh and Matt Altman by Douglas Elliman and Todd Bernstein of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage handled the listing and sale, but had no comment.
As for what K-Fed thinks of the move — a source tells us, “Kevin was surprised that of all the neighborhoods she could afford to move to, she chose her own. As long as her peace and quiet isn’t invaded accordingly, more power for her.”
