Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are officially Mr. and Mrs. – but that didn’t happen until some very serious legal steps were taken – to ensure that Britney’s millions are protected on the road.
Sources close to the newly married couple tell TMZ they have an ironclad prenup where Sam doesn’t receive a dollar from the fortune the Brits have built up so far. The move is not so surprising, as you have been told… lawyers were called shortly after the couple got engaged to begin to understand things.
Britney is worth $60 million, and there’s obviously serious earning potential in the future…but she’ll keep her entire fortune if things go wrong for her and Sam.

You will recall, Asghari joked that it was him who wanted the prenup – to protect her collection of jeeps and shoes – but our sources tell us it was obviously Brit’s team who started the legal talks.
Britney had also entered into a prenup before marrying Kevin Federline.
As we reported, Sam and Britney to have married Thursday in Los Angeles at the singer. Madonna, Paris Hilton and Selena Gomez were among those present. No one from Britney’s family made it to the celebration.

Of course, the day was not without some serious drama… Britney’s ex-husband, Jason Alexander, planted the event hours before it started and was stopped. There is currently a protective order against him to keep him away from Britney and Sam.
